You’re training every day, whether you realize it or not.
Every day, you do things that either build your old habits or help you make new ones.
If you order takeout again, you’re training yourself to keep doing it.
If you cook dinner at home, you’re training yourself to do that instead.
Every action teaches your brain what “normal” looks like.
When you repeat good habits, you get stronger.
When you repeat bad ones, they get harder to break.
You don’t stay the same—you’re always moving one way or the other.
Choose wisely.
